CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
Orders may be canceled for any reason within 24 hours of placement without incurring any restocking fees or shipping costs. Cancellation of an order after 24 hours of placement is subject to 30% restocking fee. If an order has been prepared for shipping, in transit or shipped, cancellation of an order will also be subject to a round trip shipping/delivery fee. Polestar Furniture is only able to accept cancellation requests in the form of an email for documentation purposes. If we don't receive an email request to cancel the order, your order will not be canceled and your item(s) will be shipped.
You may return the product at your expense within 7 days of receipt. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus shipping/handling fees.
The item(s) should be in new and unused condition and should not be installed, used, worn, or modified. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We are not able to take returns of products that have been modified or assembled.
Please contact us within seven (7) calendar days from receiving delivery in order to begin the return process and ask for a Return Authorization Number. Ship the items in its original packaging with a Return Authorization Number affixed to the outside of the package within ten (10) calendar days from the date the return authorization is issued. Re-pack products for return in the original box with original packaging material and additional tags attached to merchandise. Ship the product to the warehouse address provided using a carrier that will provide both a tracking number as well as a signature that the item was confirmed delivered. If we are unable to confirm delivery of your item, this may result in the denial of a refund.
Failure to accept delivery will be treated as return which is subject to a 30% restocking fee plus round trip shipping fees.
In the event that a return becomes damaged on its way back to the return destination, Polestar Furniture will inform the customer via email that the item was received damaged and hold the product for up to 30 days. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier and instruct Polestar Furniture concerning what to do with the damaged product. If Polestar Furniture has not received notification or response from the customer within 30 days, the item will be donated or destroyed.
The refund credit process will begin once we receive the returned merchandise which is verified to have all original contents and packaging and confirmed to be free of damage, modification, or been worn.
